Turn your favourite photo, pet, place or artwork into a set of coasters in round ceramic or square glass. Each one is UV printed to order with a smooth, flat finish in glossy or matte. Ceramic coasters have a cork back and glass coasters have non-slip rubber feet, both to protect your table. Choose your material, how many coasters you'd like and your finish, then upload your photo below. We'll email you a preview to approve before we print. Designed, printed and shipped from our Cornwall studio.

How to send us your photo

Upload your photo or artwork above when you order. If you'd rather, you can also email it to daryl@wrpdigital.com with your order number. We'll reply with a preview to approve before anything is printed.

How to get the best print

• Quality: at least 1000 × 1000 px, ideally 1500 px or more. The original photo from your phone is best – screenshots or pictures saved from social media often print blurry.
• Shape: square photos work best for both. Square glass coasters show the whole square image. On round ceramic coasters, keep the important part in the middle, because the edges are trimmed to a circle.
• Brightness: bright, well-lit photos print best. Avoid very dark photos or black backgrounds, as they can look muddy on ceramic or glass. We may brighten your photo slightly.
• Files: JPG, PNG or HEIC, up to 10 MB each.
• Text: keep names short so they stay readable on a 10 cm coaster. We'll check the spelling in the proof, but please type it carefully.

Your right to use the image

• Please only send photos or artwork that you took or made yourself, or that you have permission to use.
• We can't print copyrighted characters (e.g. Disney or Marvel), brand logos or team crests, celebrity photos, or images taken from the internet.
• We may decline any image that breaks these rules, or that is offensive. If we do, you get a full refund.

Preview before printing

After you order, we'll email you a digital preview, usually within 1 to 2 working days. We only print once you approve it. You can ask for one round of changes free of charge.

Made to order

Please allow 7 to 10 working days from proof approval to dispatch (pre-orders are dispatched from early November 2026). If you need it by a certain date, let us know in your email.

Returns

Because each set is personalised for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your legal rights. If your coasters arrive damaged, faulty or don't match the preview you approved, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund them.

Care

Ceramic and glass: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not soak, and do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. Suitable for hot and cold drinks – mugs, glasses, teacups and tumblers.
