These terms apply when you use wrpdigital.com or buy from Cornwall Print Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and personalisation
We make and sell printed, engraved and personalised products, including coasters, gifts and related items. Many items are handmade or made to order. Product images are illustrative; colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished item.
For personalised orders you must provide clear text or artwork and confirm any proofs we send. You are responsible for the accuracy of spelling, dates and images you supply. We may refuse or cancel an order that includes unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
By uploading artwork or photos you confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them, and you grant us a licence to use them solely to produce and deliver your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Payment is taken at checkout through the methods we offer. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successful.
Orders and cancellation
Once you place an order we will send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if stock, materials or personalisation cannot be fulfilled, or if we suspect fraud; if so we will refund you.
Your statutory cancellation rights for distance sales are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Personalised and made-to-order items are generally exempt from the 14-day cooling-off right once production has started or customisation is confirmed, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
Delivery
Dispatch and delivery are described in our Shipping Policy. Typical make time for handmade or personalised goods is 5–7 working days after order and any required approvals, plus Royal Mail transit time. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered (or when delivery is attempted, if you fail to accept them).
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fit for purpose.
Limitation of liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses if you buy as a consumer for personal use. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Intellectual property
Website content, our designs and branding remain our property (or our licensors’). You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as needed to use the site and your purchased goods.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (including attempting to hack, scrape in a harmful way, or interfere with other users). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
