Personalisation
Many of our products can be personalised with names, photos, club crests or your own artwork. Check the product page for options, or email daryl@wrpdigital.com if you are unsure.
Proofs
For custom or photo-based orders we may send a proof for approval before printing. Production starts after you confirm (or after we receive clear artwork if a proof is not required).
Lead times
Handmade, personalised and bespoke items are typically made and ready to dispatch within 5–7 working days after order (and after any proof approval). Stock blank items may ship sooner when available.
Shipping
We pack carefully and send using Royal Mail–based services where suitable. Packaging and postage costs are shown at checkout. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Returns
Personalised / made-to-order / bespoke: these are generally exempt from the usual cooling-off right once production has started, unless faulty or not as described.
Non-personalised stock items: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving them under UK consumer contract rules — see our Refund policy for how to contact us and return goods.
Faulty or not-as-described goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Always contact us before sending anything back: daryl@wrpdigital.com.
