Made to order
Many of our items are handmade, personalised or bespoke and are made to order after you place your order (and after any artwork or personalisation details are approved where required).
Dispatch times
Typical dispatch is 5–7 working days after we receive your order and any required approvals. Busy periods or complex personalisation may take a little longer; we will contact you if there is a significant delay. Royal Mail delivery time is then in addition to this make time.
Delivery destinations
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Exact postage for your order is shown at checkout.
Postage costs (UK)
We post with Royal Mail Small Parcel and Medium Parcel services (items up to 15 kg). Your shipping charge is the applicable Royal Mail postage plus 10% for packaging.
Indicative UK rates (postage + 10% packaging). Royal Mail changes its prices from time to time; the amount at checkout is always the one that applies:
- Small Parcel (up to 2 kg, typically max about 45 × 35 × 16 cm): from about £5.34 (based on £4.85 postage + 10% packaging).
- Medium Parcel (heavier or larger items, up to 15 kg): charged using the current Royal Mail Medium Parcel weight band, plus 10% packaging. Using typical 2nd Class branch postage as a guide: up to 2 kg ≈ £8.25; 2–10 kg ≈ £10.45; 10–15 kg ≈ £15.62 (postage + 10%).
Heavier, fragile or oversized items may need a different service; we will contact you before dispatch if that applies.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us promptly at daryl@wrpdigital.com with your order number and photos of any damage (including packaging). We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
International orders
Outside the United Kingdom and Ireland, delivery is not offered unless we enable further destinations later. Customs charges (if any) remain the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
