Open the SVG or DXF in your design or laser software, or print the 1:1 PDF, and you have an accurate outline plus a suggested case blank for every model, ready for your artwork. One download covers 10 brands, from the latest iPhones and Galaxy S models to Pixel, OnePlus, Oppo, Motorola, Xiaomi, Nothing, Honor and Sony, including foldables drawn closed.

v2.0, free updates coming. This is version 2, with 76 models, up from 20 in v1. More models and measured camera cutouts will be added in later versions at no extra cost.

Works for UV printing and sublimation

  • UV printing (back panel only): place your artwork on the flat back of the case, inside the dashed case-blank line. Cutouts stay clear, and the case sides are left plain.
  • Sublimation (wrap-around): use the outline as the back panel of your wrap. Extend the artwork round the sides using the depth figure in the spreadsheet. A ready-made wrap layout is not included.

Brand and model names are used only to show which phones each outline fits. This pack is not made, endorsed or approved by any of these brands.

What is drawn, honestly

  • 13 iPhones have camera positions: lens, sensor, flash and microphone centres are read from the manufacturer's published drawings (official). The outline of the raised camera plateau and some corner shapes are estimated by us, so please verify.
  • The other 63 models are dimensions only: overall height, width and depth with a nominal 9 mm corner radius. No camera cutout is drawn, so measure your own device or use supplier CAD.
  • Button cutouts are not drawn on any model.
  • Foldables are drawn in the folded state.
  • Every outline shows the phone body (solid line) and a suggested case blank (dashed line: phone plus 1.5 mm each side and 2 mm depth). Test-fit before volume printing.
  • Sizes come from manufacturer pages or, for some models, third-party databases. The spreadsheet shows the source for each model, so you can check before you print.

Quick guide

  1. Pick your model from the brand folders (SVG, DXF or PNG), or find it in the A4 or US Letter PDF.
  2. To print the PDF, set the scale to 100% / Actual size (not "fit to page") and check the 50 mm scale bar.
  3. For laser cutting, open the DXF and hide the DIMS, TEXT, TITLE and CENTRELINES layers before cutting or engraving.
  4. Place your artwork on the case blank. For UV, use the back panel only. For sublimation, extend it round the sides.
  5. Test-fit one case, adjust if needed, then run your batch.

UV bleed tip

Let your artwork run about 2 mm past the dashed case-blank line. That way no bare edge shows once the case is trimmed or fitted, even if the print is a fraction out of register.
